I presented a review of this restaurant a few years ago. every time we stay in the opposite and when we go there, we experience the highest quality of food and service and running the years have the standards. never slipped. the restaurant has a Michelin star (although they do not emphasize this) and it is easy to see why from the moment they are greeted at the door until they leave a few hours later, everything is perfect. this is not a stuffy, intimidating restaurant; each employee is professional, but very friendly, no more than mme celine pavard. the whole evening is a relaxed experience. there are only tables in the restaurant and it is important to book well in advance. the restaurant...

My partner and I dined at Auberge de la Brie a couple of years ago during our first trip to our timeshare at the Marriott Village Ile-de-France, and at that time had a truly spectacular dining experience (which I reviewed here). this small restaurant in a beautiful village is worth a visit, even they are half an hour or even more car away. At least we have had no better eating in the opposite. eating is very subtle, delicate and creatiw. we had. an evening dinner there as a family of five (with three children different ages) and everyone found something to their taste. the service was impeccable, although perhaps somewhat cold and detached, but that is quite common in the opposite, especially when serving out of the country. highly recommended!

If you're the sort of person who goes for Michelin star restaurants, this is a place you will love. If you just love great food, perfectly cooked and served impeccably, this is the pace for you. This is serious dining in an exquisite but relaxed...setting. It is very expensive but for a real treat you will have a fantastic dining experience.

the first time we were dined here, then was dinner again. it was amazing, we all love eating. back again this year we came to lunch to see neighboring landscape in daylight. it was a beautiful little town....It was great to eat as we expected. very recommended if they come near this neighboring.

My wife and I are regular customers of l'Auberge de la Brie it never disappointed us. Chef Alain Pavard's food is delightful and his wife Céline his a lovely host. Everything is on point. The perfect place to have a romantic dinner. Just perfect !

We just had one of our best food experience for my husband's birthday. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The service, the food, the flavours… Well deserved Michelin Star !

Lovely secluded restaurant, with super attentive service and sublime food. Flavour combinations were awesome, not pricey given portion size and level of cooking. Really enjoyed our meal!

We had the tasting menu, a great lunch that really showed the Chef's strength. With the lunch we had the wine-pairing, very good choices, too.
