The food is very nice and in summer you must get a table outside on the terrace where the view is really good. The menu is varied and we can strongly recommend the os a moelle , the bol de morilles as starters. All of the entrees are good particularly the souris d'agneau. The service is good but try not to be in too much of a hurry but if you have to wait awhile there is plenty to occupy yourself looking at the scenery. Desserts are just fine as well and the tarte aux myrtilles is definitely worth a try.. You will probably need a reservation and will need to go easy on the wine as the drive down is steep and narrow so you will need your wits about you.!! Prices are not cheap but this restaur...
Great, Great experience! Everything was good from the starters to the main dishes. Don't miss the scargo for as well and the duck salad for starter....for main dishes, the duck with the fig sauce, the fillet steak and the slow cooked lamb (shank). For side orders, the polenta and gratin are a must! The atmosphere is amazing, I would recommend early dinner to enjoy scenes in the outdoor seating. The staff are really friendly and hospitable.It's a long drive up the mountain so for inexperienced drivers, I recommend driving back before sunset. The restaurant is at 1,300 meter from sea level.I would easily rate this restaurant a 9/10
Dies ist ein Muss, wenn wir während der Jagdsaison im Oktober die Schweiz besuchen. Hoch oben in den Bergen über Montreux gelegen, kann die Fahrt zum und vom Restaurant Spaß machen. In diesem Jahr war es das erste Mal, dass ich dort war, als kein Schnee lag. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und der Service ist wirklich gut. Sie sollten frühzeitig reservieren und erwarten Sie nicht, dass es billig ist. Qualität hat ihren Preis, aber meiner Meinung nach ist das Essen jeden Cent wert.
Das gerade erst übernommene Gasthaus hat seine typischen Rezepte beibehalten. Ein wenig heruntergekommen, der Service war etwas langsam, aber wir waren nicht da, um uns zu beeilen, also keine Sorge! Leckeres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, für meinen Geschmack ein paar Franken zu teuer. Danach fesselt mich nur noch! Essen: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphäre: 5

32°C in Montreux time to escape the city and have a nice dinner in the mountains with a superb view. A colleague took us by car as I suppose no public transport can get you there. Stunning view on the lake with a perfect sunset. Food is very nice and we all enjoyed our starters as well as the four different dishes that we tried.
If you wan to taste really nice Swiss food you should go to the Auberge de la Cergniaulaz giving you the opportunity to taste local specialities in a nice Swiss chalet atmosphere.
Today we viseted this nice restaurant for a family lunch and it was wonderfull! Kids friendly, very delicious, good service and beautifull landscape around.
