It's probably one of the best meals I've ever done. from the beginning to the end was original and perfectly to my taste. The mouths were tasty, the mussel with the sauce was a real surprise, the onion with chorizo too. fish and meat were perfectly cooked and they had subtle but original flavors. One or two scales were on my fish but it didn't ruin my pleasure. the wine list is also very interesting. The chef is alone in the furnaces and at the service, he manages everything from a to z, very nice turn of strength, we can only congratulate him but then we also have to plan much more time for the meal. We strongly recommend this restaurant to the beautiful setting and excellent cuisine.
a warm room with exposed stones and beams as well as a beautiful central fireplace this one accompanied by a small intimate terrace where everyone could feel like at home. a meal where each dishes combine creativity, and festival of flavors. a feast without leaving his salary there. so that your meal is successful to plan a good group of friends or good conversations with your spouse to wait between the dishes because the chef is alone in the kitchen and makes the service so the wait can be long but quickly forgotten.
we stopped at noon in the week in this inn at the mile of a hike because we were told great good about the cuisine of this restaurant. We were not disappointed! quality cuisine at a more than reasonable price. the chef does everything: reception, service and kitchen. And good hat! a menu of the market at 20 € with mouth, entry, dish and dessert. tastes sought and refined. At the beginning I found the plates unfulfilled but finally I was no longer hungry at the end of the meal....I recommend this restaurant.
we celebrated on 15 April at noon a birthday, at 6 adults including a vegetarian. We were all packed with the dishes offered and the helpfulness of the chef who is actually alone on stage. So you have to plan to spend time at the table but this gastronomic bracket is very good. top service and excellent dishes. menus change depending on the seasons. the chief takes care of everything, service, sommelier, it's a bit destabilizing and limiting in terms of covered served, so you have to book. On the menu side the choice is limited to 2 menus (round 30 and 40 €). on the more expensive menu, it adds a second dish and cheese. a 2-night evening in a warm setting (nearly chimney lamps) ,discovered from this multi-spot chef, to the very fine cuisine .mention special for dessert . you just have to be warned of a slight waiting time between the dishes because the chef is alone.Frankly it is not embarrassing and it allows to take time. and a unique menu to look on the net before (what we did).
small menu of evening very efficient at less than 40 €. the winery is always as short but all the wines in it are perfectly chosen. very pleasant patio tonight. for the dishes a little reproach for the calf. the pieces served to my wife and I had not been properly trimmed and it had to be fought to cut them.
