New managers since 1 July 2023: The owners Brigitte and Olivier have a warm welcome and are friendly, but have an amazing personality. They have a nice little dog that I enjoyed cuddly, but who sometimes bark when people enter the hostel. This can scare some people and it's quite painful during the meal. Besides, for people with hair allergies, I don't think that's great. During our visit, the owner's family was present to celebrate its anniversary. I thought they had a certain time in the room between employees. But they currently do not have an employee. We had a simple, yet wonderful meal at this little auberge, en route to Le Ballon from Goldbach-Altenbach. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and we received excellent service.They are currently refurbishing their guest rooms which promise to be as good as their ofood!!The mountain views from the restaurant and terrace are lovely and two llamas complete the picture.I have no hesitation in recommending this auberge
New owners, good atmosphere but we'd believe in Grandma with the dog who barks for nothing and a service to the good franquette a little random. At the meal level all that is on the card is not available and not necessarily compliant because they kept the card of the former owners.

Real food... real peoples, real atmosphere... take your time to discover!!! The fresh fish is fantastic, the owner (a couple) are very nice if you take your time. family atmosphere. Like at home.
With friends I started climbing to the top of the Grand Ballon, noticing we were hungry. This restaurant was the best stop we had: very friendly and nice people, tasteful food and cold cola :-)
New top managers. The meals are copied and served with love.. A small stop on their shaded terrace, with these heats, is only beneficial. It's good to go back.
