because everyone was bragging for the kitchen of the new chef of the scavenger's inn, we went there on a Friday night, in "Discovery" mode. We booked for 7:30, in order to dine early because we work the next day. After choosing the formula on the panel that the waitress was walking in the restaurant, table-top, we were able to plant our first fork in our plate at 8:20 pm, more than 3/4 hour after our arrival !in entry we had chosen two eggs cooked on bread with a wine sauce and small onions. When the plate arrived, we thought it was the main dish, so it filled it (first star of satisfaction, quantity).Then, the dish was a piece of blue sauce meat, a patate cooked in its foil and ratatouille....

On nous avait vanté la faisselle au saumon et, comme la salade de gésiers et l'onglet, elle était somme toute basique. Le plat de saumon était trop cuit et franchement sec. Nous avions réservé pour 12 et choisi nos menus à l'avance et pourtant, au moment du dessert, on nous a annoncé qu'il ne "restait" que des crèmes brûlées... Heureusement qu'il y avait du fromage.La vue est sublime mais la cuisine n'a que peu d'intérêt.
We had vanished the salmon dossel and, like the gizzard salad and the tab, it was all basic. the salmon dish was too cooked and frankly dry.
