What a huge disappointment for my 90-year-old mother who had been out the first time in 2 years of her ehpad! palate: succulent. entry (homard, octopus, calamars): the small pieces all had the same appearance and taste, so very difficult to distinguish the products! dish (fish): the lean was caught on one side and raw on the other. and very difficult to cut because very filandreu!
