It was the day after this meal that I learned from my sons and little children that they had been hungry when they left this restaurant! One of my son-in-law had on his plate a black potato (sorry) he reported it and after a return to the kitchen, his plate was returned by removing the potato but without replacing it! It's amazing!!! if the meat was good, the accompaniment was insignificant! My little children 14 and 11 years old had a piece of chocolate cake with an ice cream spoon! We have dinner with guests at the Auberge de l’Ermitage on a weekend evening and we all had a great evening. The reception was very good, with accessible staff, well informed and attentive throughout the evening. The seats are very comfortable. The meal was excellent: from the entrance to the dessert, the plates succeeded and fulfilled all their promises. This is a very good address.

Always the quality, the freshness of a refined cuisine, the chef, Jean-Francois Henon, welcomes you with his wife and Eric his hotel master, in a soothing setting, away from the noises of the city centre. Chef's dishes are always as delicious.
Horribly expensive for what we find in the plate. Classic and tasteless. Fortunately, the reception of the hotel master helps us pass the pill. 235 € for a starter and a dish (wine bottle has 70€ very good. Fortunately!
