Es ist mit nichts zu vergleichen. Das Ambiente, Madame Clothilde der Service und und und.Es ist einfach ein MUSS dieses wunderbare Omelett bei Madame Clothilde zu geniessen. Eine Schüssel frischem Salat zum Omlette, einen wunderbaren Rot.-oder Weisswein runden die Sache fast ab, denn der selbst gemachte Heidelbeerkuchen macht das Essen dann komplett.Ich habe hier zwar Juli 2016 angegeben, aber wir waren schon öfter in diesem Lokal. Für uns ein Muss wenn wir in den Vogesen sind.(Öffnungszeiten beachten)
A heartburn for this hostel with two very friendly ladies, I didn’t want to omelette but I fell under the charm of the hostel and the two sisters. Thank you again for this disbursement and atypical side that made me dream. On the kitchen a good and big omelette with a good green salad certifies a slightly high price but good for two ladies of a certain age and a homemade dish it didn’t bother me because at least we knew what we were going to eat. Take care of you ladies
When we arrived in the Vosges we didn't know too much where to go to eat because it was a little late. So we made a stop at the hostel to go back to where we were greeted by a very nice lady dressed in a local costume, it seems that time had stopped a little. the mushroom and bacon omelet kept its promises a pure treat. only for the calm and serene atmosphere it was worth a visit.Thank you again for this good moment of calm and kindness.
the mother clotilde and her cottage, her omelette with wood mushrooms and lardon, her music and her unique .plat , possibility of dessert (trees houses) and/or cheese. A very special place to see if you are hungry, the omelet portions are gargantuesque ... but at 15€ per person (salade included :-) Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
A beautiful chalet located by the Lac de Retournemer. A single dish, the omelette of Mother Clothilde, excellent. Fruit pies of succulent seasons. I recommend!
A nice retro atmosphere. Grandma is very welcoming. Good 20€ for an omelette, you must be on foot and not too much to have the choice...
