We came across this place while we were on the road today and were not disappointed. The food, wine and atmosphere was fantastic, along with excellent service. Within our party we also had carnivores, vegetarians and vegans for whom we were all concerned. The environment was wonderful, we sat outside and watched the river, but the dining room looked just as beautiful. I would definitely rate this restaurant 5stars and we will visit again when we are back in France.
Fantastic place for a very relaxing break in our bike tour over the Pyrenees. Wonderful hosts, quiet location and an excellent evening meal. (The best on the track so far!!! Nothing was too upset. The owners and their team work like a clockwork to offer their guests a relaxing quiet service. Thank you.

A charming hotel in the heart of Couseran. Top kitchen and breakfast perfection.....The authentic, peace are at the rendezvous and bathe in it even on a short sejour fqit un bien fou !!
Thanks to Robert and Philipp for hosting us a Sunday evening (when the restaurant side was not open to outside customers). Perfect kitchen and service. We'll be back.
