Surprised to arrive before 8:00 for a Saturday night. We were disappointed with the vegetables, we should specify that they are vegetable mousses, and they were cold and full of water, just out of the frozen and warmed. The gourmet plate is not a desert but accompaniment to a gourmet café. The dark chocolate terrine looks like a ganache but compacted.
