We went with family to this "high-end" restaurant on December 30th.No proposed map, a "half-board" menu at €48 and a "surprise of the chef" at €85 At the sight of the prices we are entitled to expect beautiful plates presented. But none of this.Warning on some sites a winter map is highlighted! we opt for the menu at 48 and I specify that I do not like cabbages in the main dish and onions in the entrance. The waiter goes by returning the wine map without asking us our choices. Entrance:My entrance arrives arranged on cabbage..The egg of my spouse was too cooked..Main portion:The lean part was thick as a steak stor...
lunch on the terrace to celebrate a birthday in front of a fabulous panorama: the whole Mont Blanc chain in front of us, with in the foreground the restaurant garden. Very fine, seasonal cuisine and vegetable garden.Quality service, with friendly and helpful servers. We had a good time, with the impression of being in a bubble the time of a lunch.
Every year I stop in this old house of chamonix and I'm never disappointed. the first night I dine in the hamlet Albert 1er and the next day with wood prin. service is discreet but tasty cuisine. the view on the white mountain is exceptional which is more! as to the michelin macaron it is a nice joke that only abuses gogos.
this summer, for the second time, we had lunch in this superb restaurant. A real moment of pleasure: a breathtaking environment, a warm welcome, and a local, healthy and delicious cuisine. The chef made me a 100% vegan menu, and I thank him again!Do not hesitate to test this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!

the chef manages to combine traditional dishes, products of jardin potager, and innovation of the nouvelle cuisine, in harmonious combinations, well presented and excellent to go. the choice of raw materials is the basis of success. we really found a fine and delicious cuisine. staff is very attentive and helpful.
We were a little disappointed the two times we went there (winter 2015 and 2016). The kitchen is certainly of good quality but not really exceptional. service is correct but a little cold, not antipathic but not very friendly either. Anyway, it's good, but not great. The frame is very pretty.

Very good service, the location and approach the city center of to go walking despite the elevation. room with beautiful view to the mont blanc, I advise to request rooms on the upstairs.

Spacious and wonderful, all clean and organized beyond is clear of the wonderful view to the mont-blanc, I intend to return at the high station to enjoy the snow.
