I let a night pass before describing this opinion, but it was so haunted by a difficult digestion that here is my experience: After a rather successful first passage in these places, we are back for 7:30 p.m. on Thursday evening to enjoy the tart evening to be flambées. Nobody in the room, a few tables (a dozen) on the terrace, but still close to UNE HEURE before we have our aperitif and our order is taken. This restaurant is a catastrophe, torched pie not cooked enough, braised pork stock (almost warmed with water seen the texture of the elbow), steak tartare similar to the pro-food store. Service not nice or one criticizes a teenager for having taken a torched pie to the pineapple for this that the whole molded had dessert 1h15 after the ordering. Habited to come to this restaurant, we were a little disappointed by the kitchen: Salad with hot goat (salade, olive, dried tomatoes, parmesan shavings, bric with the goat a little fat), risotto with tasteless asparagus and did not resemble a risotto that must be creamy. the best restaurant on brunstatt. quality on the plate, prices that are not undue like others, generosous and sufficient portions, a nice and professional welcome, clean and aggressive frame. a pure feast of the dessert. It’s a good table. However, we must not be in a hurry. 30 min for ordering and almost as much for the dish to arrive. I asked twice a carafe of water that I never had! I gave up.
Excellent veal head, very nice well-stocked plate with good melted leeks in generous amount. Chicken sauce and vinaigrette to pour on. I enjoyed it.
The place is nice, the service is correct, the waitresses are pros, the rates are reasonable, the dishes are good and the season.
