We attended the cooking class. Not really a course but rather the discovery of a kitchen. We're coming, we're talking 5 minutes with the chief and we can't see him anymore. We don't touch a food, we look, we listen, it lasts 1h30 then we go to the table (everyone, not a common table with all the students). The meal is very good, the dishes worked out, but it's a pity that you don't have to cook fish. Anyway very good cooking but for the course it's not worth it.

Besonderes Erlebnis: Essen in einem Restaurant mit 2 Sternen. Eigentlich unbeschreiblich, muss man selbst erleben. Die Geschmackskompositionen, das freundliche und kompetente Personal, die Weine etc....ein einzigartiges Gesamtkunstwerk für einen wirklich aussergewöhnlichen Abend.
