However recommended by our hotel and the tripadvisor reviews, we were very disappointed with our experience at the Auberge du cheval Rouge. The plates are nicely erect but the quality of the dishes is far from being at the height of what is announced. - mouthing of salmon tartare without great flavour-, hazelnut of lamb in grass crust, yet announced as a speciality of the house: two tiny pieces of lamb are too cooked, or of poor quality, but in any case hard. Knorr brouillon brouillon for one, inaudible for the other, dry and expedient for the young lady who seems to be responsible. Only the blown at the Grandmarnier, well balanced, and the very pleasant terrace have found thanks to our eyes...
