on the road between the puy in velay and clermont ferrand on the plateaus of the high loire this hostel is the ideal place to stop. service available, quick and friendly both from the lapatronne and its staff despite the room almost complete this Saturday. the place is known to see the number of local vehicles stationed. good menu cheese dish dessert for 15 euros with several choices each time. We also liked the sausage trilogy olive cheese served with the aperitif. There's work, the chief tries to make pretty presentations that don't gat anything.No matter how to say no negative points, we know or we'll stop next time. Don't look elsewhere. This is not the first time that we make a stop in this nice little road but, there, ouah!certes, the menu is unique friends the work is there, and it's successful: good, tasty and pleasant to look, as shown in the pictures. you feel the pleasure to prepare your dishes, you appreciate the presentation and the flavors. quality of products at the RDV.Warning, we are not in a gastro but at 15 € the menu, I was rarely seduced as well. I recommend. An excellent value for money, unexpected even!Thank you for changing nothing!!
excellent value price with menu at 15€, good, copied and served quickly enough. the beef piece could have been a little more tender but it was very tasteful. Inside, the poultry galantine on a bed of lentils was excellent and the delicious dessert. the service was very pleasant and was especially helpful from the boss. all this for 15€: our neighbors of the next table who came from the sarth did not believe their eyes! We pass quite often on this road and we will stop in this restaurant that deserves to be discovered.
restaurant very well placed, on the n102 with a simple, family-style kitchen and really good not disappointed with the kitchen! for who is the service we had two waitresses, a very smiling lady who really made us feel comfortable with a hint of humor (well appreciated) and another very sweet and quiet. The negative point is at the time of payment, we find the patronage a little cold....souriez madam!, life is beautiful and your restaurant seems to turn well. to conclude I recommend it.
a very friendly (and very frequented) hostel in the family kitchen for a value for money challenging any competition!. good simple and very copied dishes, well cooked entry/plat/plate of cheese/ dessert for 12,50€. a little sound atmosphere, which did not disturb us given the pleasant and good child of the hostel. the service is smiling, fast and attentive. We desperate to find a place for lunch on this road, then we saw the parking lot full of heavy weights...Although the late hour (it was about 13:45), we were very well welcomed and served on the terrace. The menu of the day at 12,50 € (entrance, dish, cheese and dessert!) is a treat: only home products and family cuisine. Effective and smiling service: a very good address to be recommended.
