Very nice discovery! A very good kitchen; Here is a roast of marcassine cooked at low temperature with two sauces, one with ceps and the second with red fruit; accompanied by grilled potatoes and small vegetables. Quite disappointed, unrespected sanitary rules (no mask, no pass check etc... Frozen tart not provided, no choice for dessert by ice. Only a torched pie... a shame the corner is nice but that's all.
