I met the Ferme Auberge du Kastelberg on a family lunch. We shared a marcary meal there. The kitchen is good and the rich dishes. The impeccable service is ensured in a good atmosphere. Access to the inn farm is easily made, after driving a road by car on a short distance. It is possible then to choose, to go down with its vehicle just below and to park in the immediate vicinity of the hostel, but a parking is also available higher which then allows to go on foot, a small walk being always pleasant in good weather. Outside, and in clear weather, a superb view is offered on the surrounding summits. A place I highly recommend.
a must-see from the Vosges Farmhouse. I went there several times, with family, with friends or in a group. It is above all the exceptional view of the Alsatian side. Once we were entitled to a Swiss cor concert (with 2 other places to the far side to answer). The traditional marcary meal is generally good: peat, roïgabrageldi, munster, siesskass or pie with bambots. a avoid however on summer Sundays as the affluence is great. I recommend.

My favorite hostel for decades! the best potatoes and a privileged situation: no access to the buses, and off the road. come to lunch here on foot from rothenbach or the chairlift of the braid is a happiness! You have to book, of course, but I recommend lunch on the terrace!

Cadre exceptionnel , lieu traditionnel, deco en adéquation ! Service fluide et agréable, très bon rapport qualité prix , je recommande et en plus les chiens toutes tailles sont acceptés à condition qu’ils sachent se tenir en société
