This is a small restaurant hidden on the road between Sumene and St-Martial (Gard department) in the Cevennes. Apparently run by Nadine and Yves Martorana, this has "noblesse au terroir": they use many of their own products grown in the terraces below the restaurant. The dieshes can be a bit oily, but the quality of the vegetables and fruit is high. With fantastic views over the valley, this seems popular with local French people. Worth visiting for the traditional Cevenoles dishes using such as goat's cheese.
