this great little restaurant has been under new management for over a year. the dining room was beautifully renovated, and the day we visited was very busy, especially with local enjoying lunch. there is a relatiw extensive menu or set menu...for 14€ per head including appetizer, main course and pudding and a 1/4 pichet rosé wine. we had a very good choice of the day we visited, a Provencal tart (sadly sold out by the time we had there) house terrine (home made, excellent quality) or tomato, mozzarella salat with pesto dress (more very good). very good service, excellent value and a really pleasant place. that is not good to eat, but well cooked local cuisine, served beautifully and in a ple...
we have been coming to the perisse for many years, and last year or so, under the new lead of bruno xavière, we enjoy again and again. they are perfect hosts. last night was a nice evening and we sat outside and. it was nice to see the restaurant so busy. the menu has its usual local dishes, always well cooked and the menu is always supplemented by additional special suggestions, and those we chose last night were excellent. I would always recommend the perisse and look forward to our next visit.
This restaurant was recommended to me by the campsite I was staying at. This Auberge is situated overlooking fields of Sunflowers with the Pyrenees in the background. The menu was not over complicated and I chose a meat starter followed by Salmon. Both dishes were...very tasty. Dessert was a home made apricot pie that was delicious. The owners Bruno and Xaviere started this venture 2 months ago and I would recommend a visit. They are both welcoming hosts and the food is good value for money
we eat here often and always get reliable, well cooked food. lunch menu has many possibilities with the occasional star and the wine is included in the price. we usually have the formal, but ate the card before Christmas for a family meal and it was great.
