Quel bonheur d’avoir découvert cet extraordinaire restaurant! Truffade généreuse et savoureuse même en plein été ,salade périgourdine délicieuse à l’assaisonnement subtil et parfumé, gratin de Saint Marcellin exquis,léger soufflé à la verveine, croquant au chocolat, glaces crémeuses et originales…Fabuleux choix de rhum!!Tous les produits sont de haute qualité. Terrasse accueillante salon de jardin, chaises longues salle très agréable.Ces mets, à la présentation raffinée vont sont présentés dans une ambiance conviviale et entourés par la bienveillance et la bonne humeur des propriétaires . Bref…Le Bonheur !!! Merci encore !!

in auberge du petit lac I have not only had fantastically well. I have also discovered the true traditional French cuisine, increasingly difficult to find, as so cassettes mixed with dishes of their own creation, that have nothing to envy to the traditional. but I have also been able to enjoy the sympathy and good shape of the couple that has both the restaurant and the kitchen. your terrace and your amazing selection of rum, worthy of a moose, make the place a charming and unforgettable experience. absolutely perfect!

Une magnifique adresse à connaître. Nous avions réservé pour le déjeuner du mercredi et avons longuement hésité entre la fondue de St Nectaire et la Truffade. Nous avons donc réservé pour le lendemain midi également afin de pouvoir gouter les 2 ; Accueil très agréable, plats très copieux et délicieux Mention spéciale à la verveine prise au bar afin de digérer :D Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région Les Roannais ;
