It's the first time we stopped in this restaurant that puts forward bistronomie. meat and fish are on the menu, with prices located in the upper average. I was tempted by the hamburger with foie gras and slice of ham cru at 39 francs. it took about 80 minutes to be served, which, you will admit, is not really a good point. Willkommen vom Chef. schneller Service des Tagesgerichts. Guter Enten-Magret-Salat. Dann Ravioli mit Sahne und gehacktem Rindfleisch. und da ist zu viel Sahne, und ein zweites Mal gehen Fleischscheiben nicht durch. Das einfache 4,9f-Bier ist teuer. Die Gamay des Hauses ist mit 4,3f ausgezeichnet. Der Tisch sollte mehr lächeln! (unter braunem Packpapier und schwarzen Handtüchern auf schwarzem Tisch!) hat sich verändert.

Wir riefen mehrmals an, um zu reservieren, und dreimal hintereinander war das Restaurant geschlossen (obwohl es nicht der Ruhetag war und wir drei Tage in der Woche anders anriefen). Als wir endlich gehen konnten, waren wir etwas enttäuscht das Fleisch (zu hart.) sonst ging der Rest. Andererseits gibt es im Keller gute Weine.
