Auberge Du PrÉvoux

we have the luxury of living in the Swiss and not too far from the auberge du prévoux. claire greets her at the door with a sincere and gracious smile and lets her feel very welcome. fred is in the kitchen ready for action. they work. as team and the results are excellent. fine eating is the name of the game. whether they eat in the brasserie or in the dining room, they have a culinary experience that differs from the norm. fred has prepared birthday and confirmation celebrations for us in the past, and we were all in a set of original and delicious menus. we recommend the auberge for all events, not asked. bon appétit!

we have dined in caffe for our two-day stay in the same name. the food was fresh, perfectly prepared and kreatiw. I have particularly appreciated the milk-free options (not so easy to find in the Swiss). the waiting staff also gave us. excellent and informed consulting about wein pairings. that were all four of us, the best restaurants we enjoyed in the Swiss.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön, aber die Preise sind übertrieben. Die Gerichte waren für unseren Geschmack nicht traurig (mindestens, verkochtes Fleisch, zu salzige Nebengerichte, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Die Kindergerichte waren sehr gut (viel sättigender als unsere Teller).

Wir haben das Valentinstagsmenü gegessen, das in dieser Auberge du Prevoux in Le Locle wirklich fabelhaft war. Der Besitzer und seine Frau waren sehr willkommen. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant, das von Gaul mit 15 bewertet wurde

3 ladies from Basel enjoyed a welcome break with delicious food and Neuchâtel wines to help us forget the exams of being alone during this pandemic. We all slept well and thank family Marchand for their welcome.
