A small table without pretention but full of authenticity! We could spend years without having the idea of stopping there. The Auberge du Puy l’Abbé serves a roborative and tasty Cantalian food. Welcomed with kindness, after a few moments, we see two plates of cutters that make us understand that we won’t even have to kiss to choose our menu: the meal is simple, unique, and honors the local specialties. In the entrance so, a nice slice of dried ham, a thick round of super good sausage, and a bit of equally good pork rillettes.
