Wir waren auf einer 5 tägigen Wanderung von Ferme Auberge zu Ferme Auberge und haben die letzte Nacht in der Auberge Le Steinlebach Quartier bezogen. Die Auberge liegt sehr ruhig schön mit Sicht auf den Grand Ballon. Zimmer, Toiletten Duschen sehr sauber. Wir haben dort das beste Abendessen und das pomforzionöseste Frühstück unserer Wanderung bekommen. Junge, sehr freundliche Wirtsleute die immer ansprechbar hilfsbereit waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Arrivals on a Sunday at 1 pm with my daughter, exhausted from our hike and without having booked, we were given a smile. We were found a small table and even offered to drive us back. We ate very well, it was hearty and very good. We are conquered by the charm and friendliness of this farm inn.

We enjoyed dinner at the picnic of the next noon and breakfast. Good products cooked on site, great discoveries of regional dishes. Friendly welcome and people who love their region and their terroir and feel it in dishes and discussions.
We spent a night in half a pension. An Alsatian inn as you like them, with a holiday colony atmosphere and a most enjoyable service. The meal with local flavors was excellent and the rooms/littery very clean. I recommend a 100
beautiful hostel! food was excellent, welcoming warm owners and the beautiful setting. I recommend it warmly! As a bonus, there is a 300m ski resort in birdflight.
