The inn located on the heights of La bresse, despite its typical setting, had never been able to attract me. This year, as a family, as part of a birthday, the stage is taken. Went for a meal and recieved a very warm and efficient welcome. The food was excellent overall and was well presented and tasted fantastic, however one small complaint that spoilt the evening for me and whilst small and not a big deal, I felt the way it was handled left a great deal to be desired. The tart,(mirabelle), that my wife ordered was burnt to the point that the flavour of the mirabelle could not be tasted at all. On remarking to the lady in charge she dismissed the complaint by saying she would tell the Chef, No apology, not even a sorry. disappointed by this inn. everything is either saying homemade, unfortunately the fries are not, what damage it is not great to peel the potatoes, especially that the devices exist now. and the pepper sauce very liquid and I suppose industrial. concerning the prices of desserts is quite exaggerated 9€5 the gastronomic coffee. I mean, it's a lot going on, but it's a little bit of a lot. Meat and meat is good, nothing extraordinary either. I don’t find the farm in the hostel as I know it unfortunately, I think the restaurant is very good for tourists. the location is high with a beautiful view, the room is tastefully decorated, welcome and service and warm.
