Our auberge has no restaurant so we've been out looking for places to eat every single night. Le Montana does present its food nicely, and it's generally tasty although I did find the Seafood Soup a little salty. But my goodness, it took about 40...minutes for the appetizers to come and another hour for the food. So if you are tired after a long drive and just want to hit the sack, don't go there. If you have all the time in the world then I would have rated it 4 stars. Perhaps it was just one of those nights when they were short of kitchen help.
fresh products, a nice setting, everything is gathered in Montana to spend an excellent evening. products of the day nothing is done in advance, a true taste of Corsica.Petit flat, 45min waiting between the order of dessert and its arrival, damage but it did not spoil the meal.
we were advised to go to dinner at this restaurant and we are very happy to be there. family restaurant, very friendly people, excellent cuisine, dishes are very fine, very well presented, we will come back with great pleasure
I don't know how to explain my meal except to tell you that it's really great. dishes are really delicious and of quality. They deserve the price. frankly an address to keep and do if you are in the corners

Beautiful plates composed with a lot of care. impeccable service on the pool..3 tasting plates offering an assortment in case of hesitation.Very correct price. A nice discovery.

our best restaurant on the island this year. good service and very nice menu. we were all very satisfied. the gambos and the ducks were so good.
Clean, well located (3km from the centre), good value for money, breakfast by the pool, air conditioning in the room. I recommend closed eyes

a hot balmy night at the swimming pool with good friends. eating was excellent when a bit expensive. the service was a little slow.
despite a cut of regional current whose chef was not responsible, pleasant moment with well-made kitchen and attentive service.
