What a pleasure to find in the small village of cauro has about fifteen minutes of ajaccio and porticcio a real innlarge quality of well cooked Corsica products and nicely presented an excellent menu only for flat and dessert entrance! c is rare in the vicinity of the sea or mass tourism has caused a lot to increase the prices...for a quality too often poor. So bravo madam it was very nice I have to come back with family and continue with passion!
very pleasant reception, cooking and dishes with small care, we also note a lot of effort in general to receive guests from all backgrounds...Tonight, Corsican soup, tripes and steamed apples watered with a good wine, a treat! I recommend this good address to old granite walls and antique fireplace.
An ideal address for a very good meal and almost on the border between a gastro and a good village restaurant. The places are excellent and very good quality staff, extremely welcoming, value for money and appointments.

The restaurant has a nice setting. You are warmly welcomed. The cuisine is excellent. Not to be missed if you are a fan of homemade food.
