We 'd been driving past this old stone house restaurant officially in Quimper, but in a rural setting for years, saying one day we 'd go for a special occasion. Okay, wedding anniversary is on the top of that list, and we chose right. Ti Coz...in Breton literally means Old House, but it matches nicely with cozy too. Chef JC Despinasse gets the best local ingredients and cooks up some surprising delights Brittany 's famous seafood, perhaps with a touch of wasabi, but in gelatin form. Or a gazpacho dessert using fresh Plougastel strawberries. All this, and a trip to the bathroom that has to be a top in class all by itself, so spotlessly clean, bright, and photogenic. das Restaurant ist auf dem Land in der Nähe von Quimper, aber den Weg wert. die ganze Umgebung ist sehr gemütlich und schön und die Küche ist sehr gut. wir hatten eine der Menüs und es hat alles sehr gut gekostet und immer eine bestimmte Peitsche hatte. Sie erkennen, dass hier mit viel Liebe zu den Produkten der Region gekocht wird. eine sehr schöne Auswahl auch bei geöffneten weeping machen Essen perfekt. auch der Empfang und Service war sehr freundlich!
elegance and refinement are the two terms that come to mind globally, but, in the frame I will add sobriety and a very cozy atmosphere to the smile, attention and efficiency on the kitchen side a feast for the eyes and taste buds!... really excellent. Thank you to the dining and cooking teams for the excellent evening that you made us pass.Just one last word on the wine map., browsing makes it dream, traveling and our ancestor was perfect.
One of the best restaurants I could eat. And probably the best solution to the question of hesitation! Quality products and especially respect for seasons (which becomes a rare commodity...! . Close your eyes. Not too much. History of opening the door, discovering flavors that will make you travel taste buds. A special note, for candles on our desserts, for our wedding anniversary. I highly recommend this address!
We made a 10 day trip through Brittany and this was by far the best restaurant we ate in. The dishes were special, each one was a pleasant surprise and something we've never encountered before. The wine list is actually a thick book and I...won't be surprised if they get a Michelin star in the future.
Restaurant welcoming you in a very cozy setting, you can quickly feel comfortable. The owners and the staff will spoil you!! The plates are excellent from entry to dessert. The wine map is impressive! I highly recommend!!!
