Like many reviewers, we stumbled upon this little gem by chance. We pulled up for lunch and a thunder storm erupted, which added a fun atmosphere. Our meal was simply delicious. The wild boar stew and chestnut polenta were worthy of the most discriminating Corsican...grandmère and my beignets were sublime, followed by cannelloni made with the local brocciu cheese (like ricotta). The homemade desserts a chestnut flan and chestnut tiramisu rendered dinner impossible in the evening. The servers were simply lovely and kind. Worth a stop if you’re en route from Corte to Bonifacio.

After a day spent by the river, we went to this inn that had been recommended by a friend.The scenery is simple, the typical Corsican atmosphere. dishes are from the farm or region. simple but very good and very copyy kitchen see pantagruelic. Fantastic lunch during a motorbike roadtrip. I enjoyed the sampling menu, and it was amazing. The most gentle service, they also added another cheese frittella because I liked the first so much! I will always remember this stop with joy. Most relaxing environment. Thank you...Sampolo!
we discovered the farm u sampolu two years ago and it's always with as much fun as we return to lunch. The greeting is warm and friendly, the mother and her son provide service with great kindness and are in small care. The kitchen is excellent! a short address to be recommended

we fell a little randomly on the u sampolu hostel. the Corsican menu is a feast and on the dish of the day boar and wild boar ribs in sauce. Myrte/châtaigne ice to stay in the local note. very soft price and service friendly and efficient.
