Authentic café in the heart of Montpellier's old town, where you can offer really fresh and healthy dishes (i.e. bowls and packs), including delicious alternatives for vegans. The owners, a young couple, are 100% dedicated to their bistro, which they completely renovated 2-3 years ago. For example, try the delicious Chili sen Carne Burrito with vegan-zagged tofu and a homemade sauce.

auden healthy coffee is the type of establishment I would have liked to be able to create. a comfortable place offering healthy and tasty drinks and dishes. real knowledge of products and nutrition. often copied pure or rather worse, but never equal.

I had the açai protein dish, the Auden wrap, their Chai salad, vegan chocolate cake and the sweet waffles! Needless to say, it is a place to visit again and again: everything was delicious!
