Cosy restaurant serving only one 4 course menu or single dishes of the menu in a beautiful hotel. We had a great 4 Amuse Gueule) course vegan menu. After inquiring, it was explained, that normally one of the two main courses to choose from is vegan. The other one could be vegetarian, all other courses are vegan and set. Make sure to call in advance as seating if you are not staying in the hotel) is limited and to make sure, there will be a vegan main course, if vegan is what you are looking for. Food was terrific! Staff was friendly, also very helpful on the phone. One of my favorites, so far! August 2019 Update: One year later August 2020) still excellent food and service!
we originally wanted to spend a few days in the hotel and experience the accommodation and the restaurant. unfortunately they were booked, but we managed to make a reservation in their fine dinning one of my partners and I am so happy that we. we were greeted openly by starting from maria and wolfgang, the owners and so are fantastic experiences. their openness was positiw and welcoming. when we sat, we started our 4 curs taste extravaganza. the dishes were creatiw and the food presented were like pieces of art. I'm still talking about my fiancée home. if they are in tirol, Austria...I can recommend stopping, I can assure them that their taste buds will thank them.
A beautiful Hotel in nature that offers 10 seats per day to outside guests. They have a beautiful and healthy 4 course menu but you can either choose between the courses. We had a delicious zucchini soup, cauliflower with harissa from the oven on a green spelt risotto and for dessert a fabulous creation of peach, chocolate and more. Everything was delicious and easily veganized. The staff is really nice and forthcoming and while waiting for your food (which doenst take long) you can watch the cook at work.
Wir waren drei Nächte im "Breath". Es ist ein absolutes Highlight, sowohl kulinarisch als auch atmosphärisch. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, es fühlt sich an wie eine Reise in eine andere Welt. Das Essen bestand jeden Tag aus einem 4-Gänge-Menü, wobei man beim Hauptgericht zwischen zwei Varianten wählen konnte. Unglaublich lecker und exquisit. Der Koch kann hervorragend mit den unterschiedlichsten Gemüsearten und Gewürzen umgehen. Jedes Gericht ist ein Genuss. Wundervolle Abendessen, hervorragende und nicht zu süße Desserts. Auch geschälte Früchte und vielfältige Snacks haben ihren Platz. Es ist sehr gemütlich, dort zu sitzen und mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Garten zu genießen.
Das 4-gängige vegane Abendessen ist äußerst anspruchsvoll und wird mit lokalen und regionalen Produkten zubereitet. Die Atmosphäre spiegelt nicht nur den Namen des Restaurants wider, sondern die Besitzer sind auch super freundlich. Der beste Ort, um sich zu entspannen, zur Ruhe zu kommen und eine Gourmet-Entdeckung in den Alpen zu erleben.
this hotel feels like home and the new chef (since 3 weeks) knows what he does. he manages to feed exceptional vegans, super creatiw and tasty, very high standard! this applies to the breakfast, the dinner and even the afternoon snacks they arrive as hotel guest. very recommended to go there!
