Wir mussten aufgrund einer Panne im Hotel Augusta übernachten. Das Hotel-Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind funktional und ok, jedoch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Mobiliar ist teils verschlissen und wirkt abgenutzt. Zumindest in unserem Zimmer. Geduscht haben wir in der Badewanne, kann man machen, ist halt danach vieles nass. Leider zieht das Personal des Restaurants die Bewertung des Hotels runter. Man wird offensichtlich ignoriert. Bei einer noch nicht mal 20 prozentigen Auslastung des Restaurants tun die Kellner so, als wäre alles ausgebucht. Es gibt kein freundliches Gesicht und auch merkt man, dass die Lust zu arbeiten sich in Grenzen hält. Sehr schade. D...
Die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Niemals 4 Sterne. Im TV nur spanische Sender. Der Pool unbenutzbar, da mehr als 20 Kleinkinder sich im Pool vergnügten und die Aufsicht fehlte. Es war eine Zumutung. Für diesen Übernachtungspreis sucht bitte ein anderes Hotel. Rooms: total abgewohnt und aus einer anderen Zeit Nearby activities: gut Safety: Am Pool keine Aufsicht und viel zu viel Kleinkinder im Wasser. Alle springen vom Beckenrand. Hotel muy tranquilo, es la segunda que vamos para San Juan ya que admiten perros y allí podemos estar con la perrita sin problemas, ella tranquila, nosotros también. Habitación grande, cama grande, TV, aire acondicionado, escrito, caja fuerte... El hotel tiene piscina, restaurante, aparcamiento gratuito. Rooms: Grandes, tranquilas y bonitas.
