Although there are peak times, visits are generally quick. You can easily grab a bite to eat before getting back on the road.
If this is the one off of the turnpike rest area, then it's kind of slow. There was one woman running the whole place, including training people how to make pretzels while there was a line of customers. And was really slow with customer transactions also. Of course they were out of my favorite the garlic, so I just gave up and got a pretzel dog or whatever it's called.
I approached the stand and was met with a curt, "We're closed." This was at 10:00 AM on a Thursday, which is well within their stated hours on Google. They even had food ready, but refused to serve any customers.
There were no items available for purchase during my visit at 7 PM on a Sunday. They didn't have any pretzel dogs or mini dogs at all. Additionally, the wait for pretzels and pretzel bites was over 20 minutes. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Just came into this Grover Cleveland service area and there is someone behind the counter stated that they are close ?? Web shows open until 5 pm not a good look !!
Thank you to Diana and her Auntie Anne’s pretzel kits! My boys (2&5) had a blast making and eating them! Such a fun activity for the family! Highly recommended!
