Customer service is everything to me and I left this place extremely disappointed today regardless of how good the pretzels are. I placed an order on line and when I went to pick up my order the cashier told me I had to pay for it. Think about it how can you place an order on line and not pay for it? He went back and forth with me I even showed this man my bank account with the correct amount deducted and he stillKept telling me I had to pay for it. I ask him to speak to the manager- with no response. He was rude and dismissive. Long story short, I ended up walking away with my money in my pocket and left the pretzels behind. Never going back here.
Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. My granddaughter and I were served burnt pretzel nuggets. It felt as though the employee knew they were in poor condition, as she passed by several other cups of the same item in the display case before handing us ours. I feel like the $5.75 we spent was wasted. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. On a positive note, it's kid-friendly since it’s situated right next to the indoor Catholic Healthcare playground. However, the nuggets that kids typically love were burnt.
The manager at this establishment is truly disgusting. She is a short lady and always has her in a bun, and a pen in her bun, not sure what her name is. I don’t even know where to start. She was making the pretzels without gloves, touched them bare handed, even saw her pick her nose while preparing the pretzels. she was even touching her phone and continued to touch the rest of the foods on display and serve them to customers. When I saw this I immediately left the line and took my business else where. Definitely don’t recommend this place.
I visited this restaurant a few days ago and encountered the short female manager while waiting in line. I believe that customer service should be their top priority. When I asked her to repeat herself because I had trouble understanding her English, she responded with an unpleasant attitude. I would expect a manager to have a better command of English and to be more courteous. Overall, my experience with her was quite disappointing.

I encountered a very anxious staff member who was overly cautious about handling cash due to COVID. I left the restaurant feeling quite disappointed. At this point, COVID concerns seem to have diminished significantly, and I wish there had been a more relaxed atmosphere.
Average at best greasy not a fan will not be back
Ever time i go to the mall i buy it sometime .
Go there almost everyday for coffee.
