I came to this store thinking that there were pretzels made already. NOT! There were already somebody waiting for their food when I arrived. My mom and sis had to wait for 6 minutes for the pretzels to be made. When they were done my mom and sis received pretzels that the dough was uncooked. ! We are thinking about suing. This store sucks!!!!
Fast and efficient service! I'm glad there's no location nearer to me, or I'd end up gaining a pound every week. I've adored Auntie Anne's pretzels since childhood. It's a fantastic treat whenever I'm around. In my opinion, their pretzels are truly unique and even better than those from Philly Pretzel.
Never again. Food Poisoning from a large lemonade (vomiting the last 14 hours and it was the only thing I had to drink/eat up to getting sick). I don't know if they don't clean the bin or just didn't rinse it well enough after cleaning.
Worst pretzels ever. I have been here 3-4 times and every time the pretzels are burnt at the bottoms and are hard as though they have been sitting out for a while. I have yet to have a fresh warm soft pretzel. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I was craving Auntie Anne's pretzels, but I was quite put off to see her playing with her hair, not wearing a mask while handling the food, and touching it with her bare hands.
Why did I just pay for six tiny pretzels and a half cup of sugar? I’m really glad I waited in line for 15 minutes for this!
Auntie anne's pretzels are the best went it comes to pretzels nobody can do it better. Want a pretzel than go to aunties!
