If I could leave zero stars I would. I never leave reviews, but felt like I had too. I went to order a pretzel with my sister and the pretzels were over cooked. My sister asked politely if she can have the one next to it. The shift manager Alyssa replied with an attitude stating? they came out at the same time? rolling her eyes. Completely unprofessional and rude, and coming from a shift manager. Next time I will take my business to Wetzel Preztels.
The pretzels are quite good, but the overall cleanliness of the store leaves much to be desired. I often stop by for a quick snack because it's convenient, but lately I've been trying other places. I once overheard the staff mentioning that there are cockroaches in the drains, which is quite concerning. Additionally, there’s one larger employee who tends to yell a lot for no reason, as she seems to be just playing around.
During our visits to the mall, we always look forward to enjoying Auntie Anne's pretzels. However, today was a disappointing experience. They were out of cream cheese and the regular pretzels (both salty and plain). As a result, we decided to try the pizza pretzel and some pretzel bites, but they turned out to be quite unpleasant. They were extremely greasy and unappetizing, making them inedible for us. What a letdown!
We purchased our order through the mobile app, when we went to notify the employees. They claimed that they did not even realize there was an online order. We waited for 15 minutes for them to give us our pretzels that were already made. So we waited for no reason, the employees were extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend. What's up with all the one-star review. I will add mine one star as well because they made me wait for my online order I guess they said they were baking a new one and it turned out the pretzel was burnt too. Talk about double disappointment. This happened on August 9th 2022.
