First time here this morning. . Had pretzel dog bites didn't taste fresh had a weird burnt taste got sick immediately after eating it . . Now at the hotel waiting to vomit that stuff I ate definitely would not recommend. Didn't look very clean either
horrible service. the cashier was very rude. food was cold. Very disappointed. couldve gone anywhere and to be treated the way i was. cant believe it. as if i was bothering the person that was suppose to be providing good customer service
Not as fresh as usual, but still good. I had a buy one get one free coupon that they refused to honor because it did not have a barcode, so that was a bummer. The coupon came from them and had not expired, they should have honored it.

Worst auntie anne's pretzels I’ve ever had. Tasted like they sat for 2 hours Limonade was also horrendous. We threw out food out and to be clear we were starving and eat auntie anne's pretzels alot
I logged into the website and provided email with Birthday rewards and was told if I didnt download the app they could honor my Birthday reward.. was not too friendly either.
Given that I purchased Auntie Anne's (expensive) in an airport (expensive) I was surprised that I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for said purchase. Delicious as always!
