Pretzels from here taste great, but it's difficult to get service here. You can walk up to the counter and wait and the employees just ignore you. They definitely don't like making more pretzels when they are sold out. Even if you are willing to wait, they will refuse to make any. The pretzels are definitely over priced, but good. Too bad I can't usually get service here.
We went to get a pretzel, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. They were out of the bites I wanted, and the pretzel I received was rock hard and ice cold. The service was lacking, and the staff had a poor attitude. I definitely won't visit this pretzel place again. Overall, it was a terrible experience and not worth the money.

Rude employee, didn't understand how to ring up a meal. Was supposed to be $8 something for a meal which is pretzels, drink, dip. She rung the pretzel and drink up separately and then tried to charge me $12 and wouldn't even give me the dip. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It seems like they have a lot of staff on hand, but they never seem to have any food ready for sale. When I inquired, their response was always, "It will be 30 minutes."
they was out of the shake i ordered and i was confused so i didn't get a equal item, so i lost money.... but food was great and our driver was awesome
Didn't have anything in the display case and wouldn't make us anything we asked for. And it's 2 hours from closing.
