I placed an order on their website, which was processed through DoorDash. They deducted the payment from my account, and I received a confirmation email. However, when I went to pick up my order, they told me they didn’t have it. The confirmation email included a link for tracking my order, and when I clicked on it, it stated that the order had been canceled. The manager was unaware of what had happened. I reached out to DoorDash, and they informed me that Austintown Pizza was the one that canceled my order, likely because they couldn’t fulfill it. This really frustrates me. If you can’t fulfill an order for two pizzas and wings, then don’t take my money. Either stop accepting orders through...
