Sumene ist selbst in der Hochsaison ein verschlafenes Dorf. Unter den Platanen des schattigen Dorfplatzes stehen unter einem einfachen Baldachin ein paar einfache Tische. Wer eine große Karte erwartet, sollte hier nicht einkehren; es gibt ein oder zwei Menuevarianten, die von geerdeter Ambition und Kochkunst künden. Hier kommen überwiegend regionale Produkte zum Einsatz; alles ist frisch; alles ist von ausgesuchter Qualität, mit einem Schuß Kreativität hergerichtet und mit herzlicher Gelassenheit serviert. This is a simple restaurant with good food and a good local wine list. The service is welcoming and efficient. Although the choice of dishes is small the food that we ordered was nicely presented, cooked to perfection and quite imaginative. The saumon à la crème d'ail and the magret de canard were both excellent and the entree of cannellonis d'aubergine cévenols is an original concept that was perfectly executed. The Délice au chocolat was exactly that. The restaurant is located in a quiet square with outside seating. Four of us really enjoyed our meal and we thought it was good value for money and definitely worth a return visit

Ravis d'une première visite en amoureux, mon épouse et moi sommes retournés dans ce restaurant. C'était la confirmation de l'excellente surprise que nous avions eue lors de la première visite : Accueil très agréable, d'une gentillesse sincère et naturelle. Cuisine recherchée qui utilise avec inventivité, maîtrise et bon goût des produits de bonne qualité, frais, de saison et souvent de production locale. Belle surprise : petit restau bien caché sur la place de Sumène....et un excellent menu de l'entrée au dessert. Et en prime pour un prix très très correct.Le menu est court et gage de qualité. Les cuissons sont vraiment parfaites et les plats accompagnés d'une pointe d'originalité au niveau des accompagnements!L'équipe est très sympathique et je vous souhaite de tout coeur une belle réussite!!! On a hâte de revenir en tout cas!!!
Un repas de qualité sur la place du village . Bien qu il y est une carte très courte synonyme de produits frais, tout le monde y trouvera son bonheur(viande , poisson) : pour 20 euros vous avez un très bon repas, de plus le service est très sympathique

Nous avons mangé pour le jour de Noël le menu était très bien préparé avec beaucoup d'attention et de goût.
