If there were less stars, I would have put 0. What a shame! We planned a trip to Alsace with our children and parents. Several weeks ago! 7 days before arriving a simple voice message to tell us that there is an error on their part and that our rooms are no longer available! Trip cancelled! Too bad!

We arrived to a frendly multilingual welcome. The room was comfortable with air con and a bathtub. Food and beer were simple but good. Very helpful staff. I would return again.
