Monday at noon taken away their speciality... The Basque cake was heavy and looked like a pudding with an elastic and not liquid pastry cream: see photo. Apparently I was given a product that was several days old. Stay on the Amatxi pie...
On holiday near this bakery I bought nothing but bread. Friendly people and very good bread from 6:30 in the morning.
