Long 3 hours for entry/plat/dessert and more than 45 minutes between each dish!! Even for 3 cuts of whipped strawberries and 2 balls of ice!!! I'm pretty good public, patient and indulgent, but that's beyond the limits. However, this restaurant displays with 3-choice limited daily map which is rather good presage on the quality of products. Everything is done on demand... but with abominable slowness. Unable to serve a table of 4 people at the same time. We ate two by two. 15 people in the restaurant and it was as long for each table. And sometimes more than 20 minutes without any staff entering the room... to cook! Finally the dishes were rather good (happyly) but extremely simple. Too expe...
Went their twice (Thursday and Saturday, when they say they are open for lunch), twice found a closed gate, with the opening hours published on the entrance, which confirmed twice as well they should be open, yet they were not. Disappointing

the place and the kitchen that is proposed are extremely pleasant. a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere or it takes time to enjoy an original and very tasty cuisine. a place that really has things to offer.
This was a real find. A quirky restaurant with North African themes in a small town on the Loire. No menu but fabulous food home made by the chef. Well worth visiting.
