Merita essere considerato tappa fissa se si è in zona.Continua ad essere carina l'idea di utilizzare lavagne sulle quali vengono scritte col gesso le pietanze del giorno, che per inciso sono a prezzo contenuto.Unico neo è la difficoltà di lettura anche se devo ammettere che la causa temo non sia tanto la grafia quanto la mia conoscenza del francese.Le pietanze sono ben curate ed anche un semplice piatto di tortelli viene servito con verdure inaspettate e risulta essere una piacevole sorpresa.Una doverosa nota di merito per il dolce. Sans prétention mais sans fausse note, l'équipe de Charlie est aux affaires.De la bonne humeur à revendre (gratis sur la carte), un chef qui bouillonne d'idées pour vous faire saliver dès la lecture de l'ardoise, un service attentif et sans aucun manquement basique comme on peut en voir souvent , un patron aux commandes et surtout aux petits oignons pour ses clients, un cadre à la fois intime et jovial. Et que dire du contenu des assiettes : un régal du début à la fin, avec des plats superbement maîtrisés. J'arrête là car vous allez croire que j'ai été payé pour cet avis. .... Mais non, j'ai payé mon addition avec bonheur et suis prêt à remettre ça très très vite.
Nous sommes allés "Aux Pas Sages" plusieurs fois depuis maintenant près d'un an. Le personnel est très sympathique et agréable. Les repas sont bien élaborés et en quantité suffisante. Le service est rapide dans une ambiance calme et chaleureuse. On peut quasiment faire ce que l'on veut avec les plats si l'on souhaite par exemple prendre deux entrées au lieu d'un plat ou avoir un arrangement particulier. Le Moelleux au chocolat est une tuerie. Bref Nous adorons. Juste un détail pour être parfait, les assiettes ne sont pas toujours chauffées.
