Alléchés par le petit historique qui se trouve sur la façade, nous sommes entrés dans la boutique. La vendeuse nous a venté les mérites des petits pâtés.. simply delicious if they like mint cake, they will love these. incredibly more ish! sweet, citrus, very little, that is “meaty” about them at all. a fast explosion in the microwave and its aperitif is sorted. highly recommended.

By going regularly to the Hérault, we always make a detour by Pézenas to buy small pasta or peat at the Maison Alary! A real pleasure! Always a very good welcome, a good word.
