Super traditional restaurant, with a nice vintage Alsatian décor. Nothing is left to chance. An old Citroën tube is used as an advertisement and notices itself right away. Good reception, health check. A chain prevents spontaneous client entry. We booked and the cards are on the tables. There's a choice for everyone. We enjoyed the scenery in red and white. A candle on each table. We tasted an alsatian torch pie for aperitif. Very good. We tasted local specialties, which I didn't know.
