Having visited Alsace several times, we've developed a list of restaurants that we want to return to. But we also want to experience new ones. Aux Trois Poissons was a new one but also was so amazing that we now have to find time to return next time we visit Alsace! We were attracted to this restaurant because of its The MICHELIN Plate: Good cooking status (we have found these restaurants to be in the sweet spot of amazing food for a good price). The ambience is fairly simple but that was the only thing that was simple. The monkfish is surprisely great, the texture of this fish is not the typical one that you get normally in seafood such as seabass, tuna or salmon etc. The Tataki is also skillfully done! absolutely a must try! Creme brulee is good! My naming of the food is not as I’m not good with French. But these are what I can remember and piece together, and hopefully it helps fellow foodies!
This is a fine dinning restaurant. We had been there for lunch which was a really nice price with high quality, decent food. Personally I find warm care feeling of those dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and cozy, and there are some interesting decorations on the wall. Additional, after I finished the soup, the waitress asked me for refill. Super like it!
very good restaurant specialized fish, seafood, as its name suggests. Think about booking a few days before. service is perfect, the respected barrier gestures, only happiness!

Exceptional! Fish restaurant (some meat dishes) located in the Little Venice district of Colmar. Very fresh products, excellent cooking, a real treat. I highly recommend.
