This place is hands down my favourite restaurant so far in Montreal! I had the paratha for starters and I was amazed! The puffed Indian bread was so soft on the inside and flaky on the outside and the soup that came with it was so flavourful! We also hadthe Mumbai bowl and that made me consider being vegetarian! The tamarind and mint chutney with the chickpeas and rice ughhhh. IfI could go there everyday I would- and the waitress (Summer who served us was so warm and she carefully explained what thedishes consisted of and she literally made the whole experience 10x better. aux vivres will never disappoint. it is quite simple to eat, but perfectly made. they always don’t leave hard/great, but still really satisfied (if they only order an salad) it’s a classic. I had a lot of their food, but above all I would highlight the heuvos rancheros, gyros, chili, bombay smoothie, cookies, and the bouddha, okanamiyaki and drachen bowls. the okanamiyaki bullet has actually blown my mind, I think it is a relatiw new product. customer service is always super friendly and welcome. Super fresh salads! Great for a nice refreshing lunch. I had the Okonomyaki salad. It?s loosely inspired by the actual dish but it was still pretty great. As for the drinks I had a grapefruit and orange juice. Everything was a little on the more priceyside but it was worth it. As a bonus, the staff were very kind and accommodating. Glad I went for lunch!
I had the Thai bowl and a dragon wrap as well as an OJ and the cheesecake. Everything was tasty. I think they used instant rice in the bowl which is lame. large windows, quiet place to plate. I particularly like chili, blt sandwich, vegetarian pancakes and weekend pancakes. It was a time when they had a sandwich with olive tapnade, that I don't remember the name, but it was famous. previous review update on 2022-03-25
I had the dahl suppe with the chili and it was excellent. I was also very impressed by the quality and taste of their desserts. the carrot cake was my absolute favorite and I recommend it.
Great food and service. Had the Dragon bowl and husband got the okonomiyake burger. Both were delicious. Loved their carrot cake for dessert!

Best brunch place plant base. So delicious i always order more than i can have it is that good and end up sharing. Highly recommend it.
