Just watched an employee, Nicola or Nicolette lose her cool. It's busy, today's mothers day, we know. Another customer asked if she had an update on her order? it had been 30 minutes. She was polite about it. The employee proceeded to YELL at her We are busy and it's mothers day! Wow! Could have just checked on her order???? I was sad and embarrassed for her. She ended up asking for a refund, I would too. You don't get my business when you act like that. Nicola then starts yelling and lecturing about wasting food. Thanks Nicola you RUINED everyone's morning and mother's day who had to listen to you and you're bratty responses. Take a walk!

I haven't been here in a long time, and I ordered a turkey sandwich. Unfortunately, the sandwich was quite disappointing. There was just a tiny layer of turkey and literally one thin slice of lettuce. I'm really shocked because I usually come to this special place for the quality. I would appreciate it if you could read this and put a little more care into your sandwiches! I also noticed that they forgot the dressing.
This restaurant is our favorite spot for breakfast! Nicolette has always provided us with amazing service. Every Sunday and Monday, we enjoy breakfast at Avalon, and it's all about having a great meal. The staff is always friendly, and the food is delicious and satisfying. Good way to advertise this amazing sandwich! It was a really good sandwich, but I recommend getting it with the sidewinder fries. I want to really highlight the cashier that helped me this morning and recommended me this special! Carla . I will definitely be coming back again to enjoy this amazing sandwich with my family.
the bagels are always good and the selection is wide and they always taste fresh. the selection of cheese is good. You know what you want. the shield and the masks make it hard to hear both directions. the young girls seem to have no geduld with the mature men who have the place more frequent. sad they are so careless.
The service was incredibly slow. All the employees seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on their tasks. As a result, the wait for our food was so long that it arrived cold.
