Cuisine de haute voltige, très technique, les dressages sont parfait, la carte des vins complète et assez sage. Le point noir en ce qui me concerne (mais je suis ce qu 'on appelle quelqu 'un de difficile à table, avec de nombreux arrêts alimentaires) est de ne pas avoir de choix à la carte, pire, de devoir prendre le même menu pour toute la table alors que nous n 'étions que quatre convives. Désolé, mais pour moi cela est rédhibitoire, je vais au restaurant pour me faire plaisir et non pour me retrouver prisonnier d 'un menu dont je vais renvoyer un tiers des plats à moitié grignoté parce que pas à mon goût. Dommage, l 'établissement est très beau et le chef absolument adorable, il est venu...
